About

The developer behind the products.

Who I am, what I build, and how I approach the work.

I’m a software developer and product builder based in Jaipur, India, currently building software at Taazaa Tech. Over six-plus years I’ve worked across the full stack — architecture, web and mobile front ends, backend, and delivery — and I still enjoy owning a real problem from the first requirement to production.

My default is TypeScript: React and Next.js on the frontend, Node.js and Express on the backend, with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Firebase behind them. I care about the parts that don’t demo well — data models that hold up, APIs that stay in sync, migrations that ship without downtime, and code the next person can actually read.

The problems I like are the structural ones: an offline-first system that has to reconcile cleanly after hours with no connection; two systems that need to converge instead of fight; a legacy front end moved to a modern stack one module at a time, with nobody noticing.

Alongside the day job, I design and ship products of my own, and I’ve built AI into the way I work — Copilot and Cursor for research, building, debugging, and docs. I like understanding where AI accelerates the work and where the output still needs a firm hand.

What I bring to a build

Six areas, scoped to what I actually do. Select one to see how it plays out in practice.

Frontend Engineering

React and Next.js applications built with TypeScript, a reusable component architecture, and genuine attention to performance and accessibility — not just something that renders.

  • React, Next.js (App & Pages Router), TypeScript
  • Reusable component libraries and design-system patterns
  • Performance work: bundle size, lazy-loading, runtime profiling
  • Accessibility: keyboard, screen readers, reduced motion
Technology

The stack I work in

Everything here is something I use in real projects — grouped by where it sits in the system. Nothing is here just because it’s popular.

Languages

The languages I reach for day to day.

  • TypeScript
  • JavaScript
  • Java
  • Kotlin

Frontend

Interfaces, state, and structure.

  • React
  • Next.js
  • Redux
  • React Context API
  • React Native

Backend & APIs

Services, business logic, and integrations.

  • Node.js
  • Express.js
  • REST APIs

Data

Where the state actually lives.

  • MongoDB
  • Supabase
  • PostgreSQL
  • Firebase
  • SQLite

Tooling & Workflow

How work gets shipped.

  • Git
  • Postman
  • Jira

Building with AI

AI is in the workflow, not on the poster

Practical AI-assisted software development — research, coding, debugging, documentation. I’ve shipped an AI-powered product independently, so I know where it helps and where judgement still has to come from me.

  1. 01

    Idea

Shape a rough concept into something concrete enough to build.

  2. 02

    AI Research

Explore approaches, compare libraries, and pressure-test assumptions fast.

  3. 03

    Architecture

Sketch data models and boundaries, using AI to poke holes before code exists.

  4. 04

    Prototype

Stand up a working slice quickly to validate the direction.

  5. 05

    Development

Build with Copilot and Cursor in the loop — faster, with review where it matters.

  6. 06

    Testing

Generate cases, reproduce bugs, and refactor with a safety net.

  7. 07

    Documentation

Keep READMEs, comments, and API notes current instead of stale.

  8. 08

    Ship

Deploy and iterate. The AI helped; the judgement was mine.

Research & exploration

Surveying approaches, libraries, and trade-offs in minutes instead of an afternoon of tabs.

Coding & refactoring

Copilot and Cursor for boilerplate, repetitive changes, and safe large-scale refactors.

Debugging

Reproducing issues, reading unfamiliar stack traces, and narrowing down root causes.

Architecture exploration

Talking through data models and boundaries, and stress-testing a design before committing.

Documentation

Drafting and maintaining READMEs, inline docs, and API references so they stay accurate.

Prototyping & ideation

Getting a working slice in front of people quickly to decide what is actually worth building.

Professional Experience

Where I’ve done the work

6+ years across three companies — currently building at Taazaa Tech.

  1. Currently building

Senior Software Engineer · Taazaa Tech

    Sep 2022 — Present

    Jaipur, India

Currently building production software across the stack — web and cross-platform — and helping set the engineering bar for the team through code reviews, standards, and reusable architecture.

    • Design and build production applications end to end, from architecture and data modelling through frontend, backend, and delivery.
    • Owned an internal platform from scratch — requirements, architecture, and implementation — using Next.js and TypeScript.
    • Lead development of scalable cross-platform applications running in production.
    • Bring AI-assisted development into day-to-day work — research, implementation, debugging, and documentation.
    • Drive code reviews and engineering standards across the team, improving code quality and reducing post-release defects.
    • Built reusable component libraries that standardise patterns and speed up new feature work.

  2. Software Engineer · Truworth HealthTech

    Mar 2020 — Aug 2022

    Jaipur, Rajasthan

Modernised a health-tracking product for cross-platform delivery and accessibility, and mentored junior developers while maintaining existing modules.

    • Led migration of a legacy native application to a cross-platform codebase, cutting platform-specific maintenance.
    • Integrated the Samsung Health SDK and third-party fitness APIs to deliver real-time health-tracking features.
    • Reduced application size significantly through modular architecture and dynamic feature modules, improving install rates.
    • Implemented voice support and screen-reader integration, broadening reach to differently-abled users.
    • Mentored junior developers and reduced onboarding time for new hires.

  3. Software Developer · Protocloud Technologies

    May 2018 — Feb 2020

    Jaipur, Rajasthan

Delivered applications across diverse verticals in a fast-paced service environment, with a focus on payments and real-time features.

    • Designed and shipped multiple applications across different product verticals.
    • Integrated payment gateways (Stripe, Paytm, PayU Money) for secure in-app transactions.
    • Built a real-time booking application with live location tracking over WebSockets and mapping APIs.

Under the hood

There's a system behind every screen

A request doesn't stop at the component. Hover a layer to see what lives there — this is the same shape the API behind this site uses.
